Executive Assistant - this role will see you providing secretarial and administrative support; organising business appointments and travel arrangements; screening telephone calls, fielding inquiries and requests and escalating urgent matters as appropriate; managing a team of executives / managers diaries to make / co-ordinate appointments, book rooms and notify attendees

Previous experience in a similar personal / executive assistant role with excellent administration and computer skills

You will have the ability to liaise with stakeholders at an executive level, work under pressure and multi-task

 

Sales Account Coordinator- this role  will be responsible for servicing of both new and existing business client distribution by providing direct administrative support to the Account Management team

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate sound administration experience, with exceptional attention to detail.

Contact Centre – Customer Service

Contact Centre – Team Leader

Team Leader - the successful applicant will be running a team of dedicated sales agents. The role will include managing, motivate and coach a team to ensure a high level of performance and quality, conducting performance reviews and performance management if required, encouraging and maintaining a positive team attitude

Successfully completed Certificate III in Customer Service; substantial call centre experience; previous leadership experience will be highly regarded.
